Feb 04, 2012 Common on the E46. 'hi I have bmw x5 2004 the scanner is giving me code 13 activation vanos, code 7b map cooling,code 12 camshaft sensor. Looking to see if anyone knows whats going on here before i throw parts at the car. Started the zhp yesterday and the service engine soon light came on, I plugged in my peake code reader and a code 279C 'mapped thermostat cooling: control' came in.
